She has been actively working in this field for the last 17 years. Initially, she was employed with a Company and then in 2017, she decided to fulfil her dream. She launched her own company – Gilt Edge, Decodifying RERA.

Advocate Amruta Bhosale Salunke has worked as a legal advisor with some of the renowned construction companies such as Poonawalla Group of Companies, Shobha Limited and Bramhacorp Ltd.

Advocate Amruta Bhosale Salunke’s company is currently serving over 400 Promoters spread across Maharashtra and Goa. Her company Gilt Edge, De codifying RERA – has successfully completed registration of 1,500 building projects in Maharashtra alone under RERA, while similar registration has been done of another 200 projects in Goa.

In addition to this, Advocate Amruta Bhosale Salunke is also working as a RERA consultant for the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) projects in the Pune Municipal Corporation and Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation and MHADA. Her team have successfully completed almost 1050 agreement registrations of allottees under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.

Advocate Amruta Bhosale Salunke’s firm — Gilt Edge — has worked with top construction companies of Maharashtra such as Gokhale Constructions, Sarthi Group, Rohan Builders (India) Pvt. Ltd., Kumar Properties, Atur India Pvt. Ltd., Fatehchand Ranka, Gulmohar Properties, Pune, etc. for RERA registration and related services.

Her company — Gilt Edge – is also providing these services to some prominent real estate firms from Goa such as Vilanova Constructions,
Vianaar Properties, S J Constructions, Manglam developers, Sun Estate Developers, Commonwealth Developers, Rangavi Realtors, Saville Builders & Real Estate Developers etc. and many others.

Advocate Amruta Bhosale Salunke has developed a You Tube Channel named “Simplify RERA, with Adv. Amruta” to communicate more with developers and promoters about RERA Act and its implications.

Advocate Amruta Bhosale Salunke has also conducted a presentation to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Advocate Amruta Bhosale Salunke has also been felicitated as Idols of Maharashtra.
