MahaRERA (Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority) requires developers and builders to provide quarterly updates on the progress of their real estate projects. These updates typically include information on construction status, financial progress, and any other relevant project details.

Promoter shall provide quarterly updates on the following:

Increment changes in various building plans approvals.

Status of project, Physical and financial progress of the project along with Form 1, Form 2A, and Form 3 for quarter.

Form 5 shall be submitted in concerned quarters.

Present status of Booking of plots/Apartments/Units.

Present status of Booking of Garages, covered car parking.

Changes in project professionals including Architect, Engineer, Chartered Accountant
